The Communication Lead’s focus will be responsible for writing a wide range of long and short-form content pieces including workplace communications, partner communications, analyst relations, and employee programs with the flexibility to support key areas of our business as needed.

Demonstrated experience delivering projects in the following areas is critical:

  • Outstanding writing and editing skills
  • Proven success building effective enablement content
  • Media or communications experience in large and dynamic organizations

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop written communications products like talking points, press releases, media pitches, and more
  • Assess and determine the needs of the client to portray the desired message and design, with consideration of desired designs and target audience
  • Creates visual elements and composition which support the project requirements
  • Responsible for creating presentations and marketing materials
  • Translate complex concepts into enablement materials that are extremely simple and clear for sales to understand
  • Create playbooks, agent onboarding materials, digital campaigns, battle cards, presentations, webinar content, social media content, sales tools, and videos, to improve engagement and awareness
  • Provide limited project management support including developing meeting agendas, tracking notes and action items, and contributing to client reports

Skill Requirements:

  • 3+ years of corporate communications experience with a strong emphasis on storytelling
  • Ability to interface with senior professionals with a background in health care, scientific research, and medicine
  • Collaborative team player with excellent communications and public presentation skills
  • Must be energetic and proactive, someone who welcomes a challenge and is able to work in a fluid environment
  • A self-starter with the ability to independently identify and act on areas of improvement
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel data to create visually engaging charts and info graphics
  • Expert skills in PowerPoint including thorough knowledge of using themes and master slides, working with charts and graphs and typography
  • Strong knowledge and experience of design principles and developing infographics, financial charts, tables, and graphs
  • Highly organized and experienced in managing multiple requests/tasks at a given time
