In layman’s terms… IDA’s provide the quickest way to engage visitors and return the answers they need, using natural conversation through voice or text. An IDA can exist in many different forms, whether on your smartphone or desktop, within a connected speaker, launched in specific apps and services when you need it, as a stand-alone kiosk or on large-scale digital displays.  

Gartner predicts that by 2021, 25% of digital workers will use a virtual assistant on a daily basis, a figure that’s up from less than 2% in 2019.
