The Project Manager will be responsible for leading complex, innovative initiatives while also mentoring business team members on new or updated project management processes.

Demonstrated experience delivering projects in the following areas is critical:

  • Project Management Office development and management (business and IT PMOs)
  • Customer Care & Customer Support
  • Outsourcing & Vendor Management
  • Learning, Development and Communications

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage resources, time, scope, and budget within projects
  • Build high level and detailed project plans
  • Facilitate a culture of process improvements
  • Manage information exchange between the business units and stakeholders
  • Address process gaps and provide improvement options
  • Capture meeting notes and action items during face-to-face and virtual meetings
  • Assist with large client projects relating to specific initiatives or the mission of the organization

Skill Requirements:

  • Experience working with leading public and private companies
  • Experience working with and managing global and/or remote and co-located teams
  • Excellent analytical, writing and presentation skills
  • Strong data analysis, data reporting skills including demonstrated experience and hands-on involvement with the overall project budgeting in excess of $5M
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to function well in a team environment
  • Agile, SCRUM, PMI certification and / or MBA preferred
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Flexibility to shift priorities
  • Proficient MS Office Suite of products including MS Project
  • 6 – 8 years project management experience in related areas
