Careers: Project Analyst
This role is designed to perform non-routine research and administrative tasks related to the coordination and oversight of projects to ensure timely and effective project development and completion.
Demonstrated experience delivering projects in the following areas is critical:
- Project planning methodologies such as critical path planning
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Strong problem solving skills
Job Responsibilities:
- This individual will be assisting the Program Management Office (PMO) and Workstream Leaders in organizing ongoing projects and activities
- Project analysts help the project teams manage resources and information and assist with scheduling and planning meetings and project activities
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans and project schedules as requested by the Project Management Office (PMO)
- Organizing, attending, and participating in team meetings; producing detailed notes and action items post-meeting
- Document risks, actions, issues, decisions (RAID)
- Help to prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings
Skill Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience working as a project coordinator or project analyst
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills, including project planning methodologies such as critical path planning, agile, and SCRUM
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an ambiguous environment
- Ability to accurately review and complete detail-oriented information and projects
- Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities; Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment
- Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills
- Demonstrated experience with MSOffice, Visio, MS Project, and SharePoint
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
