Careers: Data Analyst
This position will work within the Program Management team in Analytics, and will perform a variety of functions, including: reporting program metrics to clients and creating quarterly business reviews with clients through the use our rich internal data resources.
Demonstrated experience delivering projects in the following areas is critical:
- Experience in business intelligence and visualization software
- Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple deliverables
Job Responsibilities:
- Interview stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into data and analytic requirements for internal teams and external clients
- Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions
- Monitor and troubleshoot operational or data issues in the data pipelines
- Identify and recommend opportunities to automate systems and tools
- Analyze data from many sources and present key findings to improve products, customer experience, and other business metrics
Skill Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in analytics, data engineering, business intelligence or related field
- Knowledge of data warehouse technical architecture, infrastructure components, and reporting/analytic tools and environments
- Strong communication and writing skills necessary to build effective working relationships and positively influence decision making
- Proficient MS Office Suite of products and data mining and reporting tools
- Strong business acumen
